Epic Burrata & Heirloom Tomato Salad

» 250gm Burrata Cheese
200g San Marzano or heirloom tomatoes
8 garlic cloves (pref. roasted)
3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
A sprig of fresh Oregano, chopped
A handful of fresh Basil leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon aged Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoon toasted walnuts
A handful of fresh Basil leaves
2 tablespoon Sun-dried or oven-dried tomatoes in oil
